This photo is kind of grainy because it was dark and raining outside when I took it. But it is actually appropriate, because this is a soup for rainy days. It is very simple but very delicious. We boiled the beans for a while, till they were almost cooked, then put in the pot a few peeled but not chopped onions and lots of red bell peppers (not chopped either, only with their seeds removed). After everything was boiled we added salt, sunflower oil and one big clove of garlic and blended the soup. It had a great taste, texture and color.
