I found these two “fans” at the flea market in different occasions. The white celluloid one is a brooch with very tiny round photos. I used a magnifying glass to take a look at the mysterious, faded images (and I also tried to take photos of them through the magnifying glass). It is a souvenir from the seaside, and I guess it could be from the late forties, but it might be older.
The other one is a metal key-chain and it’s from the sixties. The funny drawings and the texts advise about the prevention of house fire. They say things like “Parents, watch out!”, ” When the parents are not at home…” “Don’t be absent minded!” and “It’s good to be industrious, but…”.
